We have some good news to share. Rocket House Pictures has received Agency List’s 2026 Top 10% recognition across seven U.S. service categories, including editing and post-production, live action production, and brand films. I’m proud of our team. I’m also glad this recognition gives us a reason to talk about something we spend a lot of time on: explaining the work behind our films.
When you watch a finished video, you’re seeing the result of months, sometimes years, of conversations and decisions. The listening, planning, and problem-solving deserve a little attention, too. That’s why we’ve been sharing more of our process through our video production case studies. They give you a closer look at what a client needed, how we approached the assignment, and what went into the finished piece.
What Agency List recognized:
Our Agency List profile displays 2026 Top 10% recognition in these seven categories:
- Editing and Post Production
- Live Action Production (corporate, nonprofit)
- Motion Graphics
- Brand Films
- Explainer Videos
- Product Demos
- UGC and Social Video
Each recognition applies to the U.S. agencies assessed within that video service category. For editing and post-production, that group included 1,047 agencies. Agency List’s assessment methodology looks at how agencies document their capabilities publicly, including project descriptions, named clients, and attributed testimonials. It evaluates the evidence published on an agency’s website. It doesn’t judge the creative quality of the films or independently audit client results. For us, it’s encouraging to see the effort we’ve put into documenting our work receive recognition.

What that process means for our clients
Every project starts with a conversation. Who needs to watch this? What do they need to understand? Where will the video be used? Those questions help us make useful decisions throughout production. They shape the interviews, the footage we plan to capture, and the way we build the story in the edit. They also give everyone involved a shared understanding of what we’re working toward. If you’re preparing for your first video project, Wistia’s video planning worksheets are a helpful place to start. They cover questions about your audience, goals, and message that are worth discussing before production begins. You don’t need to arrive with a finished script. Knowing what you want the video to accomplish gives us plenty to work with.
As a cinematographer, I care deeply about how a film looks. As a production partner, I also care about how the entire process works for the people hiring us. Clients should understand the plan, have room to contribute, and feel comfortable asking questions. For a broader look at what happens along the way, Vimeo’s guide to the video production process walks through planning, filming, and post-production. Understanding those stages can make it easier to discuss schedules, budgets, and expectations with your production team. Our case studies show how we approach those decisions on actual projects. If you’re looking for a top Denver video production company, reading about how a team handles an assignment can help you decide if they’re a good fit for yours.
Thank you for trusting us with your stories
To our clients, crew, and collaborators: thank you. The work we share exists because people bring us into their organizations, give us their time, and trust us to tell their stories with care. I’m happy to celebrate this recognition. I’m especially proud of the relationships and work behind it. If you have a project in mind, get in touch with Rocket House Pictures. I’d love to hear what you’re working on and what you need your video to accomplish.
